Pergola Pricing Formula
Pricing is based upon the overall canopy size of your Pergola.
The easiest way to calculate your your overall canopy size is to do the following:
1. Cut 4 or more pieces of paper and place them where you would like the posts installed.
2. Measure the outside-to-outside post dimensions in both directions. (lenght & width)
3. Add your overhang dimensions to that figure (example: 12" overhang X 2 = 24")
4. Now add that to your length and width dimensions.
5. Multiply your length and width and you now have your overall canopy size.
6. Once you have your total Pergola square footage, multiply that number by the square foot pricing.
7. Now you have the retail price for your Pergola based upon your size requirements.
8. Discounts of 20% off for all Pergolas 400 square feet or more.
9. Free Delivery in the lower forty-eight for all Pergolas 300 square feet or more.
10. Any additional optional features would be added to the above formula.
